I have been hearing about the great health benefits of chia seeds for a long time, but never tried any recipes involving them until I stumbled upon this pudding recipe online on one of my favourite clean eats blogs (www.skinnytaste.com). It was an instant success with the family. All I can say is I LOVE chia and this pudding is so easy to get creative with. This is so healthy as it is gluten-free, dairy-free, low sodium, low calorie, and vegan. 🙂

The pudding came out so well. Very easy to make, delicious and so healthy!! I have also tried her black bean quinoa and mango medley and that turned out well too. 🙂
