I heart Avocados

Chicken marinated in extra virgin olive oil, cayenne pepper, and BBQ spice, baked to perfection, 1/4 cup avocado, and 1/2 cup home made zucchini noodles mixed with bean sprouts and baby bok choy. A nutritious, protein packed lunch for people whose agendas never seem to have enough space to write down everything to-do, i.e. people like me. Yum!
