Zucchini Noodles

Tonights kitchen adventure consisted of my first attempt at making zucchini noodles, and it was a success! I used a vegetable peeler to make the noodles themselves, heated up vegetable oil and minced garlic in a pan and split the zucchini noodles into separate batches, cooking each batch for under a minute so they didn’t get too soft. The end result was a healthy and delicious side dish to be paired with chicken, fish, or whatever other protein source you prefer. I will definitely be making these again. Meal prep for the week is crucial, and sunday nights are reserved for such prep. Tomorrow is the start of a new week. Eat clean, train dirty!!
