Superfood Triple Berry Chia Pudding

I have been hearing about the great health benefits of chia seeds for a long time, but never tried any recipes involving them until I stumbled upon this pudding recipe online on one of my favourite clean eats blogs ( It was an instant success with the family. All I can say is I LOVE chia and this pudding is so easy to get creative with. This is so healthy as it is gluten-free, dairy-free, low sodium, low calorie, and vegan. 🙂
